What's in your price
Every price includes delivery, set and interior finish for sites within 75 miles of whichever of our three locations is closest to you: Logan, UT, Rock Springs, WY, Idaho Falls, ID. Farther than 75 miles, the extra travel is quoted separately.
Set equipment (piers, pony wall, skirting), foundation, utilities and other site work are priced separately, based on your site.
Turnkey services
Purchasing a home is a stressful experience. Including site work services in your contract takes some of the weight off. Many customers qualify for complete turnkey services, which means the work on your project can be completed from start to finish.
Foundations

Price out your home, options, upgrades and site work, then sign. The $3,000 minimum contract deposit locks in your price and secures any discounts or promos available, for 45 days. Engineering is ordered and your site visit scheduled.
